6. MISCONDUCT

6.7 - You cannot attack Alchemist summons (Parasite, Hydra, Flora or others) and evolutions created through the “Create Flora” or “Create Marine Sphere” abilities and Artillery (Magic Decoy or Silver Sniper) summoned by Mechanics outside of PVP (player versus player) and WOE (War of Emperium) modes.

7. MISCONDUCT – CLANS

Regarding the Clan's responsibilities: Clan is understood as 'an association that aims to provide assistance and protection to its members'; therefore, any irregular act by a Clan member within the game that benefits the Clan as a whole will be punished.

7.1 - Any member of a Clan who benefits themselves and/or other members in an irregular manner, directly or indirectly, even without the knowledge or consent of the Clan members, will also be subject to punishment. “Benefit” is understood as any irregular action that gives advantages, profit or experience to the Clan – including (but not limited to) client change, bot benefit, bug exploit abuse, participation of bot users, among others.

7.2 - The use of “Ledge Recall” is prohibited, which consists of using the “Urgent Call” skill, less than 2 cells away from any wall, tower, etc., causing Clan members to be positioned on floors other than the floor where the leader is located.

7.3 - The use of “Urgent Call” is prohibited in the apprentice camp, KVM and PVP rooms.

7.4 - Your Clan may not display a name, emblem and/or clan flag that uses registered trademarks, that is related to or that spreads any type of rebellious, offensive or hateful behavior or that promotes any type of discrimination, drug abuse or any kind of obscene behavior, photos of third parties, among others. According to the GM team's assessment, other emblems may also be considered part of this rule of conduct.

7.5 - You may not use an emblem and/or flag in your Clan that makes it difficult to identify it and/or harms other users. This includes (but is not limited to) using a transparent or inconspicuous emblem.

7.6 - You may not have a Clan name that makes it difficult to identify.

7.7 - You may not create or be the leader of a Clan whose name, emblem and/or flag may be confused with identifications created or used by GnJoy/Gravity or its official partners without express authorization; this includes (but is not limited to) identifications beginning with GV, GVI, GnJoy, Gravity, GnJoy Latam, [GM], [CM], Tester, Coordinator, Support, etc.

7.8 - Any infraction that results in the permanent ban of the Clan Leader's account may result in the dissolution of the Clan or the expulsion of its members, without restitution.

7.9 - You may not join, organize or be a member of any type of clan in Ragnarök whose name and/or flag is based on or founded on a sexist, anti-religious, unethical, homophobic philosophy, that promotes drug abuse or any kind of discrimination.

8. REPRESENTATION

8.1 - You may not impersonate any friend, relative, or employee of Gravity, GnJoy, or user support representative for Ragnarök.

8.2 - You may not impersonate another user in a way that harms them or takes advantage of other users.

8.3 - You may not create a character or use any identification that could be confused with identification created or used by Gravity to perform in-game operations such as support, testing, or service verification. This includes (but is not limited to) tags with terms such as Gravity, GV, GVI, GnJoy, GnJoy Latam, RAG, GM, [CM], Support, [GE], GE, Game Master, etc.

Please note: Our team does not request registration data (such as: login, password, email, address, personal information, etc.) or items from players. On our social networks, depending on the promotion carried out, your Login and/or email may be requested to receive the prize, BUT NEVER YOUR PASSWORD. Before participating in any promotion on social media, make sure you are following our official social media accounts, which are in the footer of our website.

9. INAPPROPRIATE NAMES FOR CHARACTERS, PETS AND HOMUNCULI

9.1 - You cannot name a character, pet or homunculus with obscene, offensive words or words that promote drug abuse or racist, sexist, anti-religious, unethical, political, discriminatory, homophobic or any other principles/philosophies that promote any type of revolting or hateful behavior. If it is considered that the nickname can be interpreted within the irregularities mentioned, it may be changed, and the pet/homunculus may be deleted. In cases where a pet is obtained through another player and it has a name that falls under this rule, it will be necessary to contact the Support Center to request a name change.

9.2 - - You cannot use special characters, spaces or symbols in a way that makes it difficult to identify yourself.

Please note: The GM team will evaluate each reported case individually.

10. IRREGULAR ACTIVITY

10.1 - You may not modify any part of the Ragnarök Client and/or Server files in a way that alters the functionality of items or the game in general, including visual changes. GRF modifications will also be considered as changes; even if such changes were authorized in the past, there is currently no longer any concession. Exceptions are changes attributed by game skin modification, and homunculus AI modifications, properly located in their corresponding directory.

10.2 - You may not use or benefit any character or game account with irregular programs (e.g.: BOT, Trainers, Hacks, Level Editors, Macro Tools, etc.).

10.3 - You may not use or benefit, directly or indirectly, from any type of bug to misuse the system in Ragnarök.

10.4 - You may not associate with other users who use irregular programs or take undue advantage of the game system, including (but not limited to) using bugs (whether known or not) in order to directly or indirectly benefit the game account and/or in the case of simply intermediating any type of benefit from other accounts. In this situation, the accounts involved may be punished, considering the player's good faith in not using bugs to gain an advantage over other users. In the event of proven or flagrant complaints by the game monitoring team, the punishment will be applied to all users involved, without distinction.

10.5 - You may not use irregular practices to level up characters, acquire items and/or to succeed in events and promotions, whether manually or using Macro tools.

10.6 - You may not obtain items or amounts of game currency in an irregular manner, either directly or indirectly (e.g. duplicate items, items provided by game abnormalities).

10.7 - You may not interfere with, hack into or decipher any transmissions to or from Ragnarök's servers or use, disclose or benefit from the use of irregular programs by any character (directly or indirectly) — e.g.: BOT, item and Zeny duplication, etc.

10.8 - You may not misuse the Ragnarök system in any way and you may not communicate the existence of a procedure for misusing the system to anyone outside of Gravity. Errors must be reported immediately via ticket, through our Support Center.

10.9 - You may not obtain items or in-game currency in an irregular manner (e.g. duplicate items, items provided by client modification, BOTs, game abnormalities, zeny sellers, irregular transactions, bugs, or any other means that goes against the normal mechanics of the game). The company reserves the right to remove any item/zeny of an irregular nature from the game, except for the application of the penalties described in the table of penalties.

10.10 - You may not obtain, exchange or sell in-game items and/or currencies through the private exchange system and/or the personal store system or any other type of means in an irregular and/or suspicious manner, and you must immediately notify Gravity if you witness such actions.

10.11 - You may not engage in any form of trading for real money, Joy Coins, Joy Points or content from other games. This includes, but is not limited to: trading characters, accounts, zeny, guilds or in-game items.

10.12 - You cannot do any type of trading involving your account and characters, as well as transfers of items and Zeny between different servers. Accounts and their characters are personal and non-transferable.

10.13 - You may not run any programs in parallel to Ragnarök that may perform changes to the client or that may alter the normal functionality of the game in any way, such as programs that automate actions within the game (BOT and/or Macro) or that visually alter the game.

Please Note! The detection of irregular programs can be carried out through one or more possible methods: through the game's security system, report evaluation, environment monitoring, through the automation verification system, among other tools.

If any irregularity is detected, it will be classified according to its severity and the methods used for its detection. This classification will be determined by the team responsible for the game.

We clarify that the automation verification system will contact, through the game itself, random players, as well as those who are carrying out any action that deviates from normality and causes suspicion. A test will be performed, presenting a captcha system to the addressed player, in order to perform a check that aims to distinguish if they are an automation or a real player. If you fail the test 3 times in a row, your account will be automatically disconnected from the game, your conduct will be evaluated and, if applicable, you will receive the appropriate punishment later.

Failure to comply with these rules means that the user runs the risk of being classified as a beneficiary of irregular activity and, therefore, liable to punishment.

11. IRREGULAR ADVERTISEMENT

11.1 - You may not engage in marketing, commercial promotion, advertising or solicitation for commercial purposes within the game Ragnarök.

11.2 - You may not advertise and/or intend to sell characters, accounts, clans, zeny, in-game items, Joy Points or Joy Coins for real money.

11.3 - You cannot do any type of trading involving your account and characters, as well as transfers of items and zeny between different servers. Accounts and characters are non-transferable.

11.4 - You may not advertise or market software, websites, illegal activities, or unofficial server services for Ragnarök or any other game. The same applies to irregular actions.

11.5 - No links, discussions, disclosure, advertising, chat titles/character stores (users), character names, clan names, clan emblems and/or clan flags, mascot names, websites, forums or groups that deal with or use the sale of Zenys, client modifications, bots or other third-party programs, as well as private servers, hacks, viruses and malicious programs in general are permitted. Furthermore, debates and advocacy of the items above are prohibited.

11.6 - You may not disclose, create, use or provide any server emulator or other location where Ragnarök can be played (such as utilities, emulators or other software tools related to Ragnarök) without the express written permission of Gravity.

11.7 - You may not advertise and/or trade in-game items, zeny, characters, accounts, clans, Joy Coins and/or Joy Points for any other product related or not to other games, whether owned by Gravity or not.

11.8 - You cannot purchase items with real money or any other form of payment other than Zeny, Joy Points or Joy Coins. We emphasize that the sale of items from the Joy Coin store for Zeny is not considered irregular and can be carried out between users.

11.9 - You may not disclose the existence of a procedure for improper use of the system to anyone outside of Gravity. We encourage you to immediately report all bugs and issues of this nature via ticket in the Support Center so that we can make the necessary corrections.

11.10 - You may not advertise in a way that encourages illegal activities in the game in exchange for favors, payment in game items or amounts of game currency, Joy Coins, Joy Points, real money, or any other type of payment. This rule also applies to character names, clan names and clan images that make any mention of this type of content.

11.11 - You may not make advertisements that encourage the practice of irregular activities in the game, including (but not limited to) advertising the sale, acquisition or marketing of zenys, items and equipment for real money, bugs or anomalies in the game system, among other situations that go against the Rules of Conduct.

11.12 - You may not use the services provided for any activity other than those permitted.

11.13 - Having discussions or posting links or advertisements that direct users to content (websites, forums, groups or any other type of media) that aim to promote the detriment of the game are not permitted.

Please note: Failure to comply with these rules means that the user runs the risk of being classified as a beneficiary of irregular advertisement and, therefore, liable to punishment.

12. GENERAL CONDUCT

12.1 - You may not share your account information with others. You are fully responsible for all actions taken under your account.

12.2 - You may not provide false information or intentionally hide any type of information when registering your Ragnarök account.

12.3 - You may not upload or transmit to the Ragnarök server any copyrighted content that you do not own — unless you have express written permission from the author or copyright holder.

12.4 - If the holder/legal representative of the rights to a certain product name, image, icon, symbol, logo, or brand complains to Gravity about the name of a Clan or character using the name or brand belonging to such holder/representative, the user will be subject to the sanctions set out in the Table of Penalties.

12.5 - In the case of accounts that only have characters with a base level equal to or lower than 50 and that have never purchased Joy Coins, the application of any rule in the table of penalties will be made as a Permanent Block.

12.6 - Aiming at the security of Ragnarök accounts, Gravity reserves the right to block users' accounts as a preventive measure, to investigate any and all suspicions of irregularity or anomaly, and may request information about any activity carried out by the user within the game. Gravity has a period of up to 30 days to complete the account evaluation from the moment of its blocking. After the result of the evaluation, the account may be blocked (following the Rules of Conduct) or unblocked. If the account is subsequently unblocked, Gravity has no obligation to compensate the account for the period in which it was blocked.

12.7 - Valuing the security of all Ragnarök users and Gravity servers, if irregularities are detected during our evaluation, not only the game account(s), but the related GnJoy account(s) may be blocked for investigation purposes without obligation to compensate the account for the period in which it was blocked.

12.8 - Valuing the security of all Ragnarök users and Gravity servers, if irregular programs that modify or attempt to work alongside the Ragnarök Software during its access and/or connection to the server are detected, Gravity may block the game account identified by the system automatically for 7 days without obligation to compensate the account for the period in which it was blocked. The account may be blocked again whenever such irregularity is detected.

12.9 - You may not violate any local, state, national or international laws or regulations — either individually or in groups/Clans.

12.10 -Gravity, as owner of the Ragnarök Software, reserves the right to change the status and functioning of any items, as well as character skills and attributes, and also game mechanics, without obligation to compensate the account for such changes. It is worth remembering that items, skills, attributes and game mechanics can be “buffed”*, “nerfed”*, changed or removed due to updates or to ensure game balance. By “buffed” are understood items that have had their attributes improved, and “nerfed” are those that had their attributes decreased.

12.11 -Ragnarök has a security system that applies blocking and password reset actions to accounts that exhibit unusual behavior. This system aims to provide protection for the gaming environment and the accounts involved.

12.13 - In case of suspected account theft or improper access, Gravity reserves the right to reset the password and email, and may even block the account involved as a preventive measure, in order to maintain its security. Access recovery must be carried out through our Customer Service Center upon proof of ownership.

12.14 - If the action violates more than one rule, the most severe will prevail.
